It started with an HR screening round, followed by two rounds of technical interviews focusing on financial concepts, data analysis, and real-world problem-solving. The final round was with a senior manager, which tested strategic thinking, stakeholder communication, and cultural fit. Each interviewer was well-prepared, and the communication was clear throughout. Overall, the process gave a good insight into the team dynamics and role expectations.

A Very technical interview testing in-depth knowledge based on my resume. Started off simple then got a bit difficult. Psychometric test was very challenging too. Overall experience was good. Pretty good interviewers.
The process was as follows
1. Interview - with main point of contacts for the role
2. Psychometric test
3. Final interview for 45 minutes and an excel test for an hr
