The lady was very nice to me when I walked in and she shook my hand and told me to follow her to an office. I was asked the following questions: Why Macy's? How you would go about getting an customer to apply for a Macy's Credit Card? Tell me about a time when someone you worked with did something you knew was wrong, how you handled it, and what was the outcome? Explain to me an example of when you were on a team, what was your role, and what was the outcome? If someone came in needing a pair of pants, how would you help them? How would you upscale the pants into a bigger purchase? How would you celebrate a purchase?
