I filled out my application online and got an email about a week later with interview dates and times. After I picked my time slot I got an email that confirmed the interview had been set up. I went to my interview today. I got called back to the Managers office, She was very friendly. She sat me down and asked what kind of work i have previously done. I told her i had no retail experience because i am coming out of the health care field. She informed me that I must be a hard worker. She liked me from the beginning and kept telling me I would be really good at this job and suggested I consider the sales job. She asked me a few questions such as...Name a time that you had an issue with a team member and how you settled it? also she asked me What do you think is good customer service? After my interview she said I answered perfectly and that I would know within 10 days! So I am still waiting to hear from them and I hope the news is good because the atmosphere is great and the people were all exceptionally freindly!

Very simple, easy going. Straight forward and very pleasant experience. Very kind and open minded truly interested in hearing what you have to say for each question. They made the process comfortable and not very intimidating.
