Did a facetime interview, lasted about 10 min. I guess this is the new thing, but it wasn't so bad, asked me about customer service and my job history. Still deciding if I want the job.

The interview process was quite well. There were 2 rounds of interviews, both asking with both behavioral and technical questions. They are very committed to hiring employees with personality so if you should even a bit of excitement or eagerness you should be fine.
