I had to put in some information and then schedule an interview. The interview asked about my experience and why we use props and TPR. The interviewer said I had all the right answers and that he was very impressed. When I got an email the next day saying that I "wasn't what they were looking for," I was very surprised. Then, I read some comments here and it looks like my ethnicity may be why I didn't get the job. If you are black, Hispanic, curly-haired, or anything but blonde haired, don't waste your time.
Simple and straight forward. During the interview you get a task where you have to role play with the interviewer. The interviewer will pretend to be the student and you have to teach the student for a few minutes.
