HR reaches out to schedule an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager interview is a one hour technical interview and then, a presentation of your work in another interview. They aren't clear about how long the process should be as it depends on the whims of the hiring manager. Have to follow up every time to know if you are moving forward or not, and they can string you along for a while. Hiring manager is condescending and dismissive. Also, they will try to extract exact algorithm details of proprietary robotics research work done, which is highly unethical. It was clear this company culture wasn't good. I had myself, made up my mind to reject any offer.
