Recruiter contacted me about a role (but there was no written job description available). After a phone interview with the recruiter, a face to face interview was set up with someone from HR, a senior member of the team, and a director. Director was unable to attend the interview. Interview happened in a meeting room at the work location with the HR rep and the team member. The team member asked most of the questions, whereas HR only had one or two.
