The process was straightforward and done mostly through email. Interviewing was simple with a primarily behavioral interview. They hold one to two rounds before hosting a final Super-Day at their main location.

It was a lot of behavioral questions and tell me about yourself. It focused on campus activities and how it can be applied to the role. There were few technical, but they just wanted to know how I valued or looked at a company.
