Overall it appeared Sales Manager & Operations couldn't stand one another. Clearly a toxic environment and it being evident in the interview speaks volumes! From the start I realized the rumors of mass exodus were true and only continued with interview for practice.

Clearly that have a company culture of blame sales blaming ops and vice versa, so many of the questions revolved around handling issues.
