Considering that the position was for Logistics and geared towards Supply Chain majors, they were seeking recent grads who had the qualifications. As an Econ major, this might have left me at a disadvantage. The first round was fairly simple, Behavioral Questions, asking situational examples of leadership, communication, analytical abilities etc. Overall it wasn't hard.
