Two interviews - one with HR, one with department manager and supervisors. Many questions will be asked regarding your familiarity with Finale notation software, so be sure to bone up on this before interviewing. Not as much emphasis is placed on knowledge of SmartMusic or Garritan products, as these are fairly easy to learn on the job.
