The main interview with top management was a nightmare (feel too toxic), the interviewer was asking the questions that are irrelevant with the job scope. He kept shaming me for the lacking of skills he need, besides that, i was humiliated for being unemployed for 5 months after leaving ex company. While the worst part is he did not respect me at all , he muted himself and closed cam in the online meeting after finish up his shaming on me. I feel shocked and irritated for having an interview with this kind of arrogant and impolite old man, and dissapointed as well to the company who willing to hire that kind of person to lead the team without asking any improvement on the working culture.
