Online over skype. I applied through indeed. Firstly they send me a test on coding-game web site. I got 30% in it due to the exam timer policy, so I asked for a task. They agreed and send me a task to do in Symfony framework which I don't know. I have experience in Laravel framework. they insisted on doing the task in Symfony and i agreed. After 3 days i sent the back the task with 70% success. afterwards they send to me that they liked my motivation and wanted to do an online interview over Skype. I was online on time and we talked for 33 minutes. Finally they offered me a 154$ salary per month!! for me a 3 years experience developer. They made me feel so tiny. Yes i am living in Egypt not France but even if thought that is a silly and so little salary. they told me we don't know your skills!! - after all these trails- and after two months we will left the salary to 248$ what a hill! i spent many years learning and working to finally have this offer ! i don't recommend this company never. I told them i used to have almost double of their offer two years ago and now you only offer me this tiny salary. He -Bilal Hamiche - forgot that i have responsibilities and i invest some of my income in improving and developing my technical skills. I asked for a salary 492$ meanwhile developers salaries in France may be in range 2500 to 3000€ per month. How awful offer! Finally he said i don't know your real skills !!Ii felt so sorry that I wasted my time interviewing
