Quick, informal, relaxed and honest. The role was applied for through an agency. Agency then pre screened me through a 10 min telephone call. Following that, my CV was submitted and selected for initial interview. 1st interview was a 2 person panel and the second interview was a 1:1.
Overall relaxed and informal which made it easier to demonstrate skills and experience.

Experience based questions with a focus on actual delivery and outcome rather than the usual points based 1-8 question format. More of a conversation than a traditional interview format. Overall very good.
