Submit CV, meet with Department Chair and than with President. The first step was submitting my CV via e-mail. I received a call that set-up an interview date and time. Met with Department Chair, than the VP of Academics, and finally with the President. The interview was what is expected in a job interview - job related questions and speaking of experience and teaching philosophy.
