The interview process at Manta Sleep was incredibly smooth and well-structured. I first applied by filling out a form and submitting my details. Shortly after, I had an initial interview with the HR Manager, who was communicative and supportive throughout the entire process. Next, I interviewed with the CMO and the person who now leads the marketing team — someone I collaborate with on a weekly basis. After that, I received a trial assignment to complete. The expectations were clear, and I was given more than enough time to complete the tasks, which I really appreciated. Following the assignment, I had my final interview with the CEO. Within 2–3 days, I received my offer and signed my work contract. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how professional yet personal the entire experience felt. I felt seen, valued, and respected at every stage. Everyone I spoke with was approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. A special shout-out to the HR Manager for keeping me informed and making the process seamless from start to finish.
