The recruitment process had three stages: initial third-party screening, followed by panel interview with Technical/Manufacturing/HR teams, and concluded with a final interview with Manufacturing Director. All stages were comprehensive. Each stage evaluated different competencies and organizational fit.

During the first interview, the HR representative repeatedly emphasized that the fast-paced FMCG environment might be too challenging for me to manage, suggesting I reconsider joining. This statement was reiterated seven times after almost every question they asked, seemingly to assess my resilience, response to challenging situations, and overall temperament.
