The interviewer was late and unprepared. They stated that they hadn't even read my resume. She made an obvious visual assessment upon first meeting which made me quite uncomfortable. Not sure if that's an agency approach or just that woman's style? She did all the talking and asked next to no questions. Perhaps they were off their game but it was extremely disappointing. The HR person who set up the meeting was much more professional. Hopefully others have a better experience.
