Maropost Management is very unprofessional. I was transparent about my package expectation from the day one of Interview process and I shared everything well in advance. I hope everyone from Maropost Management was on the same page about my package expectations and had agreed on those expectations before starting my interview process. When everything got completed, Maropost HR said they cannot offer the package which I asked for initially. Moreover, they were not even ready to talk about the compensation part or maximum package Maropost can offer. If they did not had the budget and did not had the approvals in place, then I am not sure why they started the interview process. Moreover, Maropost Management asked for Current company Offer Letter, Salary Slips, Bank Statement, and any Offer Letter in hand. I trusted Maropost Management and shared those confidential documents. My interview process took almost 3 weeks and in the end it proved a waste of my time. I have worked with 3 Organizations but never experienced this level of Unprofessional Behaviour.
