I waited in the lobby with 3 others waiting to interview. The wait wasn't long. I was first interviewed by Human Resources. She was very friendly and that made it easy to talk to her. It made me feel good about the company that they were willing to hire people without prior experience. I then was handed over to the manager of the department for which I applied. He also was very courteous and easy going. The whole process might have taken an hour. I felt pleased with the experience at the end.

Typical interview questions The manager is nice but I am very nervous about the interview. You need to prepare the detail of your job experience and how you are going to adapt and apply your old experience with your new one.

Phone call to go over the role and not many questions asked. They asked if I worked a hotel before and if I visited their specific hotel before. It was very brief and then I setup a time to meet them in person to get a tour of the banquet facility
