I received a call from a coordinator from university outreach who set up a phone interview with me; they used the star format of questioning. The were pretty quick between telling me that they wanted to interview me and actually having that interview. They offered me the position on the spot after the interview. That being said, I was contacted about an internship approximately a year after I had actually applied for it. I suppose I had stayed in their system.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.
