Colloquio
The first interview was relaxed and pleasant. The second interview was also realized, although I got a bad feeling from the CEO after he made several generalized mentions about the state of millennials work ethic, and gave me little chance to speak or refute his claims on unwarranted grounds.
Our CEO is woman not a man. She does not meet with interviewing applicants until we are ready to hire them, which would not happen until the third interview. In regards to some of our past hires that were millennials, some of them did not have a very strong work ethic. But we do not have a policy not to hire millennials evidenced by the fact that most of our company is made up of millennials.
