Met with Director of Engineering and HR and teleconferenced with R&D Manager in Michigan. Asked standard questions about my resume and experience. Interview was held in front office, near reception, so an inaccurate assumption was made about the office environment where I would be working. A tour was given of the factory (where engineering offices were) and the lab.
