The interview process was a complete joke. I sent an email and stopped by to apply and the manager was "too busy" to even read the email let alone step out of her office. She responded a week later and set a time for an interview that did not fall within my availability (per the email she didn't read). I showed up and found five other people waiting there for a surprise group interview. I didn't hear back for a week and then got a call to come in just to meet the assistant manager so she could "get to know me" (by asking two questions about my personal life). I didn't hear back for another week and every time I called regarding the position the manager was "not available". Very unprofessional process to say the least. I wouldn't even become a member at this site due to the lack of professionalism from the staff I met.

There were numerous people in the interview. I immediately felt that it was a knife selling position butt the interviewer immediately made everyone feel comfortable. They took us on a tour of the facilities and introduced us to other employees. Explained the benefits and flexibility. They wrapped it up as a positive place to work. They hired everyone in the interview and discussed salaries separately.
