Weird hiring process and office had a very tense and bad energy vibe. Nice friendly staff up front with the front desk associates but managers were rude and stand offish. Cluttered office

i applied through the website listing and was called about a week later. interview process involved a verbal portion and a practical session, performed on the lead therapist. there were some general questions on preferred modalities and amount of pressure often used. afterwards the schedule was set based on availability and i believe the background check was performed before the first day.

Verbal interview with the clinic manager which included work experience and type of modalities used. The next day was a hands on interview with the operations manager including a 50 min massage.
