Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Massage Envy (Sacramento, CA) nel mese di mar 2017
Colloquio
I submitted an application online with a resume, answering questions and a cover letter. I received a confirmation email shortly after. One week later I had an interview scheduled and two weeks later I was hired.
This interview was a two-step interview process. Not every store does this but one of the managers explained that they do it this way so that the general manager does the first step and the second step is done by the store manager so they can meet the candidate before hire and establish some report.
The first interview with the general manager was a panel interview with three of us. We were asked a series of questions about how we conduct ourselves in the work environment and the interview lasted less than an hour.
The second interview was one on one with the store manager and they asked about 10 questions and we also carried on with some chit chat about common interests. The interview was relaxing and fun.

Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.

Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
