First interview was pretty thorough, I was asked a lot of questions. At the end, they give you a sales script to memorize for the second interview. During the second interview, I met with two managers and the owner to recite the script. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
