I applied for this job on "salonpost.com". My phone number was not listed so the Retreat Director emailed me. An interview time was set up through that. There was only one interview-fairly simple. I filled out an application and was interviewed by the Retreat Director. She asked questions about my previous positions and about my sales experience. She went over salary and compensation and gave me a tour of the facility. This seems like it would be an awesome place to work. Everyone I met was extremely friendly. The facility was very clean, quiet, and tranquil. The Retreat Director said she would call in 2 days after she had finished the interview process. She did call in those 2 days and offered me a position.

Very easy process and straightforward received call back after submitting my resume and I was interviewed by the franchise manager and offered the position after my interview. It was one of the most straightforward interviews I've ever had

Quick. Hired on the spot and the woman who hired me was fired three months later. Horrible company. Questions were quick and membership focused, since thats the only thing they care about. Run.
