I had a really amazing process with Mastercard. The process was smooth, fast, very interactive and positive. The things where it went bad was Money. They were not able to negotiate at all more than basic 35% and when I went back with counter offer and told to revisit the numbers, they said the initial offer also don't stand valid now, without even discussing with me, keeping me stunned and disappointed all together. It was very hurting for someone who was really looking forward to join the firm and ended up with bad experience

Consistent, straight forward, prompt updates and responses, great candidate experience overall. One phone screening first and then one interview with the hiring manager and one more with a business leader. Awesome opportunity.
