Application and Psychometric Testing followed by a three stage interview process including video interview, first-round interview, and second-round interview, Each interview with Partner and Associate within the firm and duration of about 30-45 mins.

Involved a pre recorded video interview, and two in person interviews with two sets of partners. Mostly very conversational & some competencies. Both in person interviews were of a similar difficulty.
