I went through 6 rounds of interviews, only to be ghosted in the end. The interviews included repetitive basic questions, a take-home assignment, a 1hr in-person meeting, and a mock sales run-through. Throughout the process, each interviewer seemed unaware of the hiring pipeline and had no idea where I was in the process, which tells me that there is not a ton of internal communication. I was also told directly that there was no opportunity for career advancement, which made it feel like they were just looking to fill a seat rather than invest in talent. The office environment was also heavily male-dominated, which may not be ideal for everyone.

I had a recruiter reach out to me to begin with and he was there to help me through the entire process. I had 4 interviews and truly enjoyed my conversations with everyone I spoke to. Each person was genuinely interested in learning more about me. They were transparent about the values/company culture to be sure I would be a good fit and truthfully answered the questions I had for them.

Went smoothly - mgmt changed bit around at first but overall had a pleasant experience with this company and time while it lasted. SDR team was small but grew quickly. Matillion is a great company to work for and has great people there
