1st interview: Initial chat with lead developer. Very informal and relaxed
Post 1st interview there was a take home technical exercise. The exercise was framed as being around 30 minutes but in my opinion it will take most people at least 1.5 hours.
2nd interview: Technical chat with questions and a run through the technical exercise
