O processo foi conduzido inicialmente por uma empresa terceirizada, muito interessante e muitas perguntas, após passar deste processo foi bem mais simples na empresa, perguntas superficiais.
La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Mattel (Santa Monica, CA) nel mese di gen 2023

The job process started with me being one of the first round of applicants for the newly posted role as I was told. Overall, I ended up working with over 6 different HR recruiters / admins for this posting. I went through 4 rounds of interviews over video chat. I took an assessment and presented it to the hiring team. There were so many long periods of no contact and no follow up. This carried on for five months for the same job posting. They ended up reposting the role 4x over the course of me watching for it. I was originally very interested in the role and the organization. But now I think the biggest blessing for me was the time to see how as a future employee I would be treated if I was offered the role. I still haven’t formally received the rejection email but assuming that’s the case. It’s been a very unprofessional experience and I feel relieved to have found this out before I would have committed to any job offer.

Interviewing at Mattel was by far one of the worst experiences in my 20 years professional career. It felt like an interrogation, it felt like Mattel was doing me a favor for allowing me to speak to people. There was little that Mattel could offer to make it a pleasant interviewing process.
