I went in for a group interview with 5 other people and was asked questions by 2 managers. The process was casual and the interviewers were very friendly. We went around the circle and answered about 8 questions. They called me back the next day and scheduled another interview with me.

Great! Very thorough and the questions were as expected. The office was a tiny part of the back room that was open to other employees interrupting. I like the person interviewing me but red flags went up when I find out 7 out of 9 employees are managers.
Was texted beginning questions and then was offered a group interview through zoom. It was popcorn speaking style so everyone answered a question after the other. The questions overall were pretty basic.
The initial interview lasted around 40 minutes, and there was lots of good conversation, and lots of questions based around hypothetical behavioral scenarios and how one would act in certain customer service situations
