I was first interviewed by their first assistant manager. She didn't tell me which position I was interviewing for which was a little weird and she didn't really seem that into the interview. I was asked a lot of situation questions like: "tell me about a time when you had to..." After this first interview I was interviewed by the Store Manager and she just went over some of the questions again from the first interview hen asked what job I would like to have. I said I would prefer a manager position since I am qualified for that but they only had part time sales associate jobs available.

Colloquio
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
