The interview process was very easy, and a lot of it was done online. I submitted an application online, received a phone call and set up an interview. My first interview was with the store manager. She was laid back, and the interview felt like we were old friends talking. My 2nd interview was with the first assistant. Again, laid back, she asked more questions and it was a good experience. Then I was told the position was available, and I would hear if I had the position or not. The only downside was I wasn't given a timeline of knowing if I had the job or not. The position I was filling was not available yet because the girl transferring had not yet heard if she could transfer. But I heard back within a few days, so no long waiting period.
