Had to go through a test and an interview . The test was fair, not too long and the people I was interviewed by were honest and straightforward . They looked for a qualified analyst and they appreciated my experience

Sent my CV to an online ad, they replied within a day offering to do a home assignment. The home assignment was 5 page long geopolitical paper and they wanted it to be done in 48 hours. Not entirely unreasonable, but I wanted to hear something about the job before I commit the time. According to the info on Glassdoor they pay about 50% of my current salary so I emailed them to verify that before I start, and they just stopped answering. Looks and feels like a scam.
