It was a pleasure interviewing for this company. They didn't only ask about my experience but also why I wanted to be a nurse. They were professional and courteous. They were on time. They requested online training be done before we be considered for orientation to be offered the position. Which I didn't mind. It helps weed out those who aren't serious. And I'm tired of working with those nurses that aren't serious.
