Got to the interview 10 minutes early . Checked in and waited to what I thought would be one person interviewing me but two people ended up interviewing me . They were very nice even ended up showing me around and The interview lasted about 15 min and they said I would hear back from them soon .

Describe a time you received excellent customer service?
The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.

The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
