recruited set up interview, interview was supposed to be phone turned into a zoom call with 5 people. Some did video some did not. questions were very alarming to me. some were meant to have them appear like they knew what they talking about but sadly they lacked the knowledge. Like trying to use buzz words without knowing the meaning. Some were trying to get free ideas. kind people but amateur hour in terms of professionalism and ethics.
