The first interview was in person with the hiring manager and a potential peer. Interview covered the high level view of the opportunity as well as assessed my experience in relation to the position. Second interview was over the phone and covered management style, solution implementation etc.
Three different interviews. Not very difficult. Based on subject knowledge and leadership experience. Interviews were over the phone with recruiter and hiring manager. Questions centered around resume details were pretty much the entire first interview.

Standard interview questions. At the manager level, the inter view process is more of a career review discussion than a behavioral interview. Agent interviews consist of behavioral interview questions. Salary negotiations where made difficult due agency.
