Had an amazing interview at Maxwell IT, there was a phone interview, online simulations, and an in house interview. The phone interview was amazing it was composed of a variety of technical questions and when I didn’t know an answer it was explained to me what I was missing so I knew what to touch up on. The simulations were great because while I didn’t 100% believe in my ability to attempt things I hadn’t touched before they encouraged me to and congratulated me when I did better than I suspected. The in person interview was the best I’ve had so far. Every person involved was kind and at this point just digging to see how my personality and work ethic would work in this role. Honestly I did a bit of digging at the same time and came to the conclusion that everyone at this company is incredibly kind and willing to allow you room to learn and advance your career.
