I applied online and received a invitation to book a phone interview with the HR rep next week. The interview was pretty general and basic, asking about my job application and experience. Because the interviewer is from HR and she was out of state, there was not much technical questions and she couldn't answer much about the department I am applying to. She told me I will hear back next week if the hiring manager wants to move forward with my application. I got notified next week that I didn't get it.

HR pre screening then onsite interview with manager and another marketing team member. Great interview process and was a good experience. Covered job requirements and asked questions about past experience and schooling.
