Two step interview process. Standard behavioural interview questions with second interview going more in-depth. Questions regarding how to support students. Interview process was long, applied took a couple months to hear back, then after the interview a few months before starting.

Presentation format on specific role-related topic, using skills and case examples. This lasted approximately 1 hour. The interview then finished with panel of questions from campus stakeholders and student-facing staff experts. This was approximately 1 hour.
