The process included 5 Interviews: -I had 2 Phone Interviews with a recruiter -I had 2 In person interviews - one with another Associate Director and a lower level recruitment staff and another with the Director of the department and a senior level recruiting staff -I had 1 on the job shadowing interview - where I met the team and broader management of the department
