Pretty short and smooth. It was with the hiring PI, senior RF and HR. They were all very nice and sweet. Mainly asked me about my research experience. The entire interview process took about 2 weeks.

It was not a good interview as they think I am over-qualified for the post. So they decided not to hire me. The Principal Investigator is known to be a workaholics academician. He encourages his staffs to work even when they are sick. THe P I also asked me some nasty questions that I can not answer with regards to my future career goals. THe reseacrh fellow even told me in advance that the P I often scolds his staffs.
