      Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MedAcuity

      Colloquio

      HR phone interview, on site interview with a technical component, phone interview with software architect and final on site interview with HR and another technical round. You'd think after four rounds of interviews there would be a courtesy to get back to the candidate but this was not the case. I was not informed there would be another technical interview in the last round. The HR rep made it sound like it was mainly to meet with the head of HR. I ended up being caught off guard and asked questions I was not expecting as they were unrelated to the project they were considering me for. The extremely socially awkward software engineer assured me this was to test my thought process yet the questions were from a paradigm I do not work in and thus were not valid for asssessing cognitive skills. The HR rep was also unprofessional in her email communications, using many blushy-smiley face emojis. I mean come on this is not high school and you and I are not dating. Felt really weird like I was being led on.
