I was very nervous at first but the interview was laid back, there were 2 leaders and they both were wearing jeans. They asked me what I knew about the company which I talked about then they went into more details and stuff. They talked a lot about the training and the day to day which was super helpful cause I kinda only had a limited idea coming into it. The leaders were surprisingly young and I could tell they both liked the company which was nice. Don't get nervous beforehand just be prepared to talk cause that is what the job requires. If you ask questions the leaders will give you all you need to know.

It felt very comfortable; I met with the manager and 2 team leads. They wanted to see how personable I am since I would be communicating directly with the patients. I was hired on the spot.
