I was referred by a mutual friend, so the interview process was relatively informal and by phone. I spoke with the Department Chair and with the one physician working in the practice. The Chair did the vast majority of the recruiting, and continues to ask for more availability, and at different sites for coverage.

We are looking for as much time as you are willing to give us. How much time can you give us? Would you be OK with working at our other site (which uses 100% different staff, charting software, has different treatment practices, and is downtown in Baltimore)?
