Very straightforward process, 3 rounds of interview with AD, SVP and HR. HR team was a bit disorganized but overall, everything went well and I received an offer less than a week after the final interview.
I was contacted via LinkedIn and had one interview. The interviewer was super friendly, felt more like a chat than an interview. Asked some role-specific questions, but nothing too difficult. Quick and painless!

Sehr freundliches Gespräch. Es gab eine Vorstellugsrunde und dann wurde fachliches Wissen abgefragt. Gegen Ende wurden auch einige "stress" Fragen gestellt um festzustellen, wie ich in gewissen Situationen reagieren würde. Eine Rückmeldung habe ich schon nach wenigen Tagen erhalten.
